All prices FOB San Leandro, CA and are subject to change without notice. Price quotes for custom or volume orders are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Embroidery
Available in-house at affordable prices. Call for price quote, minimum quantities and chares.

Terms:
COD, Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Company check is accepted with an approved Credit application. Net 30 day terms are available for established and approved accounts. Returned checks will be subject to a $40.00 charge and "account status" will automatically be returned to COD.  Interest will be charged at a rate of %2 per month on all overdue accounts.
Remit all payments to Pacific Fleece & Apparel, LLC.

Returns:
Returns will only be accepted with a return authorization "number" issued by Pacific Fleece & Apparel. Returns must be shipped prepaid to Pacific Fleece & Apparel, LLC. All returned merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any discrepancies (shortage, defects or incorrect merchandise) must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Claims will not be accepted after this time. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all merchandise before imprinting to insure it is correct merchandise and is in good condition as ordered.

Without exception, Pacific Fleece, will not assume responsibility after garments have been imprinted.

Shipping:
Orders are shipping F.O.B. San Leandro, CA. The carrier will be UPS ground service, unless other arrangements are made at the time the order is placed.  All freight and COD charges will be included on the invoice. COD fees apply to each individual box shipped. Refused COD shipments are subject to all incurred freight charges, COD fees and a 15% handling/restocking fee. A $5.00 handling charge will be added for orders less than $50.00.

Drop Shipping:
There is a $10.00 handling charge per individual shipment address in addition to freight. Pacific Fleece & Apparel, LLC is not responsible for discrepancies on orders received by parties other than the billed customer.
